morning! I just downloaded the app about 2 weeks ago. I lost the first week but gained the 2nd week. I didn't realize the depth of this app until today as I started playing with it more! I love the idea of a community board within the app, this is going to be amazing and so easy to get support!

Welcome! I've been here 42 days now and have lost 12.5 lbs so far. Losing weight is the hardest thing for me, I usually give up too easy, but I'm hoping to stay strong with this app and finding new friends on here to keep me motivated and give me new ideas!

Read the Logging Accurately before you do the Following!!!!!!

To bring up the Edit Function - When the Food item is displayed and you click on the "Nutritional Info" there will be 3 options - Yes - No - I Don't Know.
Pick the No and it will return an Edit Button.
Now you can edit the item and correct/add to the Nutritional information.
Not sure how good this works on the phone apps as I do everthing on a PC.

My personal Bias is to use grams ( 100 gm ) as it makes the math easy especially when you use a scale and weigh everything. Not 2 tablespoons ( 32 gm ) just use the values from the product label and confirm it with the un-biased nutritional information from the USDA web site at 100 gm.

Today is my first day. I've never kept track of what I'm eating. Its a little overwhelming but the more I explore the App the more confident I'm getting.

It is definitely overwhelming at first, I'm still finding new things to explore! Baby steps is my motto for right now!
