getting married!!
Hi everyone!! I'm 28 from ny. Getting married in july!! In the past 5 years I've had a complete life change and lost 70 lbs. I am 20 lbs away from my goal and need some motivation! Add me please if you have different recipes or workouts (that are enjoyable!! Haha)

not eating enough??
I wake up and have a protein shake. Work out (intro to cardio, and some weight training..nothing crazy bc im just starting). Have some veggies. And usually a low carb or carbless dinner. ..I have already lost 1lb and feel great but I am not eating e oucalories throughout the day..

Hey everyone! Getting married in july trying to get some motivation to get off my lazy butt and workout!! My diet is on point, just at a plateau so I'm going to reduce carbs drastically. Jusg need a good all around workout video or something! Any help? !
