Doing my 12 week training be awesome to get more people who love to lift
Just lost Alot of weight was over 220 pounds started really weight loss journey January of this year just watching what I eat and doing at home workouts been lifting since May of this year I just want to build muscle now I am always willing to help if I can and always looking for advice

Hello new to the app I have been into fitness since August 2014 not very long but I have lost 70lbs since then still learning all about eating right
