Exhausted by lunchtime
Would any nutrition buffs care to tell me why I am exhausted by 12-1pm daily and especially buy 3pm? Am I not eating enough of something? I have just started taking VIT D but surely that can't be why I'm exhausted? Also, I've started f45 training and I am starving the day following a class.
