  • Ok I'll try that, I know that eating carbs at 1-3pm is a no no for me it puts me straight to sleep but a little in the morning has given me a boost. I'll definitely try more small meals and see how I go :-)
  • Yes, I am in bed by 11 and up at 7 for uni And I tend to sleep in on Sunday's if I need it.

  • Ok, I'm 189 under my calories for the day today and over 5g in my fats and 2g in carbs. But I've had all my food for the day. Should I have something else or leave it out. I am over logging my calories if I am Unsure, but weighing out my dinner and breakfast. Thanks for helping!
