Need a bit of advice please people, I'm 140Ib just getting in to the swing of things at the gym, How many calories a day should I be getting at? Some food advice
Hello people, just starting a MassGain programme, really need some advice on food! I know the body can only take about 25g to 30g of protein at a time, 5 to 6 times a day.
