Hello, I am trying to make a life change goal in the way I eat, not just diet, but make a life switch to keto eating. I am new at this. I am looking for people that are just beginning to those that are well adapted and may have some tricks to share. I'm tired of yo yo dieting. I want to lose it and keep it off.
Does anyone out there have any great tips or advice for keto dieting. I just started 2 1/2 weeks ago and still have lots of confusion if I'm doing it the right way. I'm only down 3 lbs. seems like I should have lost more by now
