Hello, I am trying to make a life change goal in the way I eat, not just diet, but make a life switch to keto eating. I am new at this. I am looking for people that are just beginning to those that are well adapted and may have some tricks to share. I'm tired of yo yo dieting. I want to lose it and keep it off.

Hi there! I started my Keto diet on Monday. As of this morning, I have lost 3 pounds. I feel better, no sugar or fast food cravings since then. I've looked up recipes on youtube and found some simple ones. Feel free to look at my meals for ideas. I did do my research on this diet and planned ahead on Sunday and bought all my groceries for the whole week to meal prep. Feel free to ask me any questions, I'm no expert but I guess Im doing this correctly because of my 3 pound loss.2
