I am trying to be more consistent with tracking, as in I never do it because it seems I can hardly find the time. But I know it's helped me in the past, so I'm really needing some accountability buddies! Please add.
I go through phases, but for the most part I weigh myself every day. It keeps me accountable because even if I gain water weight, anything over 3 pounds for me and my body, is usually a reflection that I'm eating high-sodium foods which also tend to be high-calorie.
