For people who have overcome an ED...
I have been healthy for 8 months now, in the gym lifting weights, doing cardio, and my weight is fine (125lbs at 5'3). I have built big muscles and am strong but can't help but notice some surface fat on my abdomen. I'm not sure why it's there, as prior to my ED I carried more fat on my legs... Question about macros
I've been eating the following all week: 1900 calories 261 C (55%) 42 F (20%) 119 P (30%) But I'm still hungry at night. I often end up eating more protein (130+ grams). I excercise often and lift weights regularly. Im not sure if I need to give my body time to adjust or of this is not good for me in terms of percentages…
