i am Diane and new on here, I have a small amout of weight to lose , question is my partime job is sitting down from 7 till 4 with half an hour lunch where I will go for a walk then. Should I be walking fast ? Is there anything else I could do?

new to this app, I would love to lose a stone in weight and tone up a little. Have a treadmill in the corner and it's time to climb aboard,finding my way around this site and trying to work out the concept,going to give it my best .
