Deadlift form
Went up on my deadlifts today and had some lower back pain on my 3rd set I stopped immediately. I know it has to do with my form. I am convinced it has to do with my mobility. Any suggestions on what stretches to do to improve my deadlift form. Or any suggestions at all?

When I logged a serving of fruit cup it said it had no sugar? I am new to MFP and some of the breakdowns of the foods are confusing me

6"3 233 pounds trying to gain a pound a week. Really enjoying this app. Some of the breakdowns of the food doesn't make sense though. I entered. Serving of fruit cup and it said it had no sugar. I also entered 3 scrambled eggs and it said it had all kinds of sugar
