I am trying to shed some winter weight before cycling season starts but I'm also very concerned about preserving muscle mass. Getting to riding weight
i am an avid cyclist, and training for the Pan-Mass Challenge usually starts on May 1st in snowy NH! I need to shed 15 winter weight pounds by then and then hold my weight steady thru an intense 3 month training period. So far so good, 7 pounds off in the first 5 weeks.
