I wear a FitBit to Title classes and burn about 550 calories. However a lot will depend on your cardio fitness level!

Thanks everyone much appreciated. I am going to focus on continuing to level out my weight with a longer view of the trend. I'd love to end up with a stable weight a few pounds lighter in two months time.

I'm curious what macros you're using to maintain weight but build muscle. Did you change your macros once you reached your target weight or just your bet calories?

I am 13lb on my way to a 17lb goal. Need to finish by the end of April so I can get on the bike and start training!

I had this problem and solved it with a fitting from my bike guru, which took lots of unneeded pressure off my feet (among other things).

I bet you're not burning that many calories running. I use a heart rate monitor and only log 80% of the amount shown. I also agree with others that you're bound to hit a big plateau if you're halfway to a 10lb goal. I have 4 to go with 13 hone and I'm bracing myself for the slowdown!
