:) Well 1st I had to quit drinking !!! I'm 3yrs sober . Then about a year into my sobriety I slowly changed what I was eating . I was 476lbs 2yrs later I waigh 304 & dropped 5 sizes !!! The first thing I did was eat a lot less . Now I'm a raw fruit & veggies no dips or preservatives . I have meat mostly at dinner sometimes…
