I don't seem to manage to eat all my daily calories, I'm not hungry or starving myself and I am exercising (albeit day 2!). Do I need fitbit too. Help needed!
Hi guys, just thought I would drop you a line. Day 1 of my diet/fitness. Can't believe in 18 months since meeting my bf I have gained nearly 2 stone! The diet and fitness starts here! All advice and help appreciated!
