Hello. Not sure what group to join? I have about 40 plus pounds to lose and struggle. I try to keep working on my calories, tried vegetarian, flexiararian, low calories, paleo......now low carb, but after 2 weeks tops I am drained and have no energy to run/walk or exercise, so I give up. I only eat 110 to 140 carbs a day…
Anyone a flexatarian? Food ideas? Been for 5 years but BORED with my menus.....
