I lost over 140lbs three years ago and have regained some of it and am desperate to lose what I've regained plus more. My goal is to be super fit and active and I just really struggle with using food as a way to relax or cope with boredom. I'm here to break that bad habit and live the life I've always dreamed of.
I love myfitnesspal! Such an awesome way to track your calories and exercise :) I lost a considerable amount of weight about 3 or 4 years ago and have put some of it back on. Frankly I'm too terrified to weigh myself. I feel like I really struggle with self sabotage. Can anyone else relate?
