I love myfitnesspal! Such an awesome way to track your calories and exercise :)

I lost a considerable amount of weight about 3 or 4 years ago and have put some of it back on. Frankly I'm too terrified to weigh myself. I feel like I really struggle with self sabotage. Can anyone else relate?

    Lol..I hate the scale!! I try to weigh only every other week...I'm on several meds that make it difficult to loose to begin with..so I'm easily frustrated not seeing movement! But..changing my diet..being accountable for what I eat has helped me immensely!

    I suspect many can relate to self-sabatoge. I certainly can. It's OK, you are here now and you are doing something about it. MFP has really been helpful to me in tracking my intake. My friends' list helps me maintain personal accountability. The support there is wonderful. Best of luck!
