Whats been the biggest change youve had to make towards losing weight and getting fit? For me exercise was easy but I really needed to stay away from sugar. Anyone else have a demon theyve had to confront, so to speak??
been trying to lose weight for a while now, and mfp seems to be working better than anything i have tried before. i have struggled with my weight for 8 years now, and am ready to finally win this battle!! would love to have someone to talk to through this :)
