What to eat, and when!
Couple things I've been thinking about: 1. I've been trying to cut back on carbs after lunchtime. Unless I'm about to workout, then I'll have a rice cake or something, because I was suggested to only have carbs in the morning or pre workout. Anyone else eat carbs like this? Don't give up!
I lose motivation over the weekend, then didn't feel well, so didn't get back the motivation until today. This is when I would normally give up on my diet, but today I didn't! Burnt over 830 calories with turbofire and ate right!
