BMI and height
We do know how to calculate BMI - ie weight(in kilos)/height (in cms) squared. My question is what height do I use, bearing in mind that I still have the same med/large frame), but I have shrunk from 165cms to 157cms - operations plus osteoporosis. I am 70. Thanks for reading

How to differentiate between intrinsic and extrinsic sugars.
My intended target of >45 grams of sugar comes to naught because of my choices and intake of fruit and vegetables. Any ideas? Thank you

Height squared divisor for BMI
10 years ago my height was determined as being 5' 4" (163 cm) but now I am, as a result of orthopaedic problems and osteoporosis, 5' 1.5" (156 cm). My frame size is still large - my wrist size is 7" (18cm). The question is - should my BMI divisor be 2.66 or 2.43? Just a thought.

Problems keeping weight down.
On the face of it, I look in reasonably good shape. However, at 67, I now have mobility and pain issues with osteoarthritis; osteoporosis; scoliosis; spondylosis and metallosis (not forgetting my hypertension!).
