Hello Everyone. I am back looking to loose 25 lbs and improve my health some. I will be holding myself accountable for diet choices by logging and exercising with my 4 legged friends; Jace and Rudy. My fitness goals include a 5k in May and more enjoyment when hiking and canoeing.
I am a 51 yr old cancer survivor looking to loose 35 lbs and improve my fitness. I am married with two adults who call on me for help and guidance. I paddle a canoe and walk a dog pretty often.
