Starving
I'm doing a 4 week boot camp. It comes with a meal plan. I'm working hard and I'm 5 lbs down in 2 weeks...but I'm starving. I'm eating about 1000 calories a day with a 30-60 min workout a day (except 1). I'm not sure how I'm going to keep this up. I don't want to gain it all back once I'm "back to normal." Advise?
