I'm getting in fabulous shape...I feel stronger but the scale says I've gained 3 of the 6 I initially lost. I will say that this plan has a low calorie intake (usually under 1000) and I've afforded myself a treat or two on a given day ( ie: small oiece of apple pie) but that shouldn't make up for the workout and greens/tasteless chicken breast throughout the rest of the day, should it?
I'm losing some inches (abot two), tired...I'm averaging 6 hrs per night. What is the reason I'm gaining?!?! I feel like I've changed so much!

could be water due to being tired and stressing over it.....cortisol levels rise causing water to be retained..but my question is why are you under 1k calories are you trying to make yourself sick?

Minimum is 1200 and if you are working out...well even more.

and if you are losing inches you are good....the scale isn't the end all to be all.

    reassess your goals and expectations.

Is your goal to drop weight ASAP no matter the cost, or do you want to lose weight and be healthy?

In terms of expectations, do some reading on water weight and its common causes.

Why are you eating so little when you're working out more? Seems pretty unsustainable and not very healthy at all.

wait, so you are doing a boot camp style workouts AND eating under 1000 calories a day AND gaining????

    1. it is water retention from your work outs
    OR
    2. you are eating more than you think and you are in maintenance/surplus...

do you use a food scale?

oh and you are tired because you are eating an insanely low amount of calories coupled with an intense work out program = recipe for disaster...

Why so low calorie? Why tasteless food?

I can't believe you're fuelling everyday life, never mind workouts.

3lb on the scale is well within the limits of normal fluctuations. Don't worry about it.
