Diverticulitis
Just got out of the ER diagnosed with diverticulitis. Not sure what to eat, they said bland diet and follow up with my doctor. But until I see her I'm not sure what to stick with, I'm finding conflicting information everywhere. Anyone else suffer with this?? Thanks in advance!

Losing weight and third shift...
how do you guys record your food when working third shift? I'm new to this and currently on a 11:30p-7:30a shift 6 nights a week so I'm a little confused about how to dock it. Thanks in advance!
