I have been told to eat 1650 calories but not loosing weight
Hi, it is been 9 days and I am doing 1650 calories with min 100 gr protein. I do hot pilates or yoga few times a week. My steps are avarage 7000. I did not loose weight but gained half a pound. I might need to be patient but wanted to ask for advice before I commit to 1650 calories for another week. Should I go down to…
