I've been trying to lose weight for a while, but seem to be treading water. i'm running 3 times a week, trying to spin to least twice, i weight train as well but i,m not losing weight or changing shape. I've increased my kcal to around 1700 but still getting nowhere. anyone advise???
Hi all I could do with some help and advice, I have been following a strict kcal diet of 1200-1400 and I've lost 11lb over 4 weeks. But last week only lost 1lb and this week stayed the same. I had a Rouge day Saturday where I ate and drank too much but apart from that I've avaraged 1400kcal a day. I'm limited on exercise…
