Hi all I could do with some help and advice,
I have been following a strict kcal diet of 1200-1400 and I've lost 11lb over 4 weeks. But last week only lost 1lb and this week stayed the same. I had a Rouge day Saturday where I ate and drank too much but apart from that I've avaraged 1400kcal a day.
I'm limited on exercise as I've had shoulder surgery but I do try and walk 5k 5 out of 7 days. I also tried strength training this week but it's left me quiet sore.
Any advice would be great

Keep doing what you are doing and remember that weight doesn't come off in a constant way for anyone due to a looooad of other variables than fat loss. What you are doing is working, you have the evidence already!
Remember the first chunk of time you also lose a chunk of weight due to having less food in you from eating less, and holding on to less water as well. What rate of loss do you have MFP set to (e.g. 1lb per week)?1 -
That's not a plateau, it's a simple stall. You can't expect to lose every week for a variety of reasons (sodium intake, TOM, new or increased exercise-this is likely the reason you didn't lose). You also can't expect to lose 5 pounds a week like you did the first two weeks.2

I go to the gym every morning, I eat within 200 calories of my 1360 calorie goal every day, I weigh every morning. some days I lost 4 lbs over night, some weeks I don't move at all - literally this week the scale has sat at 192.2 all week... not one ounce up or down. I know it sucks but I also know in the near future I will see a huge, sudden loss and It will be great. Just keep doing what you're supposed to be doing and the scale will eventually follow, in the meantime take measurements and make sure to take before pictures!0

I wouldn't even call it a stall. You're just NATURALLY not going to lose a lot of weight CONSISTENTLY each week as you get smaller.

Normal normal normal! And I agree, it's not a plateau. I wouldn't call it a stall either. It's just one week. All the other weeks you have lost weight. At first you lost a LOT. Then it was 1 lb. in a week. That's a loss!
Stick with it.0
