Good surprise
When I wasn't even paying attention I lost 3 lbs. imagine what will happen since I am paying attention now. 30 minute run in the morning. Keep going everyone.

Relationship Weight took me from the sweet spot
I've had a couple real serious relationships and both of them got me too comfortable and up under a dude and less into myself. One of them was abusive and the other was too supportive it got me too comfortable. 2 kids later and now I'm on a mission. Let's kick fat in the face.

Diligence this time around
