Is it normal to not be able to finish a new HIIT video right away. Should I gradually work my way to the end and each day do a little more. I was only able to finish 11 minutes today of a 45 minute video and I was out of breath. Are a lot of people like this?

I've read and read and read about net calories, its just not making sense to me. What is the purpose of net calories. Understand that calories consumed - calories burned = net calories. Do you eat net calories, should it be in the negative, positive, or at 0. Which way will be for losing weight? Some help please

For anyone who likes group hiking. Cumberland Falls in Corbin, Ky has scheduled group hiking programs throughout spring and summer. Hiking to different locations ranging a couple hours to like 5 hours. Its only $5 per person. I'm so excited to find this. I've lived here for 5 years and never knew they did such a thing!
