I'm 6'0, 180lbs. I play tennis 4+ days a week and speed walk 3 miles at least 4 nights a week. I consume about 2500 cal a day, but Fitpal suggests I take in 2900. Should I follow their plan strictly, ? And how much should I account for exercise
Hey, my names Nick. I am 6'0, 180 lbs, and eat 2500 calories at the most each day. Fitpal says I need 2900, but it just seems like a bit much. Can someone give me some insight ? It would be much appreciated :)
