In need of some insight

I'm 6'0, 180lbs. I play tennis 4+ days a week and speed walk 3 miles at least 4 nights a week. I consume about 2500 cal a day, but Fitpal suggests I take in 2900. Should I follow their plan strictly, ? And how much should I account for exercise

    You already know how many calories you are currently eating. What is your goal--lose weight, stay the same, or gain weight? Eat accordibg to your goal.

    Trying to keep it in the 180-185 range. I've already lost all the weight I intended to

    If you want to maintain weight, and you told MFP that, you should eat about what it says. And some of your exercise cals too.

    That said, if you're under sometimes, and over other times, it just needs to balance out more or less over time to average your maintenance calories.
