Subway discrepancy
OK....I know I should not have done it....but I did.... I ate an entire 12"..that's a footlong Subway Tuna on whole wheat with mayo, lettuce, cukes, tomatoes. MFP says the damage is 1900 calories + 2880 sodium..bad...Subway says the exact same sand. is 1060 Cals. + 1800 sodium....not as bad. Can someone tell me...how bad…
