IBS and diet
Can anyone help with the right foods to eat for people with IBS.....trying desperately to keep away from the carbs but not succeeding. Just want the pain and bloating to go away.

What am I doing wrong?
first week I put on a pound then lost two pounds now this week I have not lost anything. I have stayed within calories, nutrition looks good and I have been exercising. Feeling down.

I am a 60 something just joined myfitnesspal and really enjoying the way it works. I lost 2lbs the first week. Would welcome any friends.

Getting used to it
joined yesterday but couldn't seem to find my way round the site. Day two and getting used to it. Fingers crossed this will help me to shift the stone and a half extra I am carrying around. Any help or support will be gratefully accepted.
