hi guys, I need help. I haven't lost any weight this week, all that lowering my calories has done is hurt my milk supply. Any females who have/are doing stronglift 5x5?
I am hoping to join the local gym soon and really want to do the stronglift 5x5. I used to be so strong but after having my 3 babies I feel so weak (and have a lot of baby weight to lose). Can anyone share their experience with this program? Should I try something else first?

Suggestions for protein and fats?
Help! I am a carb addict and cannot seem to get enough fats and protein, the thought of eating a ton of meat to get to my calorie count saddens me when all I want is carbs! I am trying to stay under 35% of my calories coming from carbs and I find it ridiculous I can't seem to even come close, any suggestions?
