I didn't think to get a before pic but wanted to post my accomplishment so far. Started Feb 16 and have lost 20 Lbs so far. I have always done low carb but have never been able to keep with it. I have 100 lbs to lose at least. This time I'm doing low calorie. I find it much easier.
Low calorie. No exercise. I know it will take a while, but I'm ready.
I'm on my 2nd week losing weight. The 1st week I lost almost 11lbs. Monday morning my one week anniversary I gained 2 lbs. this morning I'm up again, only .2 but still not losing. What could be causing this? I'm doing the same thing as last week.
