Counting forever, good/bad?
I've been counting calories for 2.5 years. I'm pretty good at estimating portion sizes, and even estimating the amount of calories in foods I did not cook. Even if I don't use an app, I count in my head and add up in my head. I don't think I'll ever be able to forget how many calories is in an egg, it's something my brain…

Do you think this is good progress?
My goal is to build some muscle, but first I'm on a cut. With my last weigh in, I lost 1 kilo (this is a monthly weigh in), 3milimetres over my whole body and 1% fat. Is that good progress to make in a month?
