Also, when losing, eat at least 100g protein to try and keep your muscle mass, as you lose some of it with the fat while on a deficit.

The type of food you eat makes no difference to your body shape. You need to start lifting heavy and eat at a slight calorie deficit to lower your bodyfat %. Maybe even do a bulk and cut session. That means add more muscle to tone your body and lose fat to show some of the muscle.

Happens to me too. My only problem area is my belly. I'm afraid that the rest of my body might be bony later and then I'll still have a belly. :/

I also do this. I've found about the perfect size for myself. Not too much and not too little. Because these days if I estimate I eat too little instead of too much. And then I wonder why I'm hungry again an hour after eating. Guess I'm not quitting weighing food soon.

I struggle with this too! When I started my weight loss I always underestimated. Now that I've lost it, I overestimate, the opposite problem. I'd think I'm eating 200g chicken when I'm really eating 80g. :confused:

The reason I was worried about it is because she's eating 1000-1100 calories a day. The minimum number for a short, sedentary woman is 1200. And even then it's difficult to get adequate nutrition without being really careful. You're right. She's strong now. But if she messes things up with her body she can feel the effects…

Actually, if you cook chicken breast fillets in some butter with a good spice mix it tastes nice. I've done it in a protein pinch. Yeah, she is detached from food. As far as minerals and vitamins go, I don't think she'd be too far off. The mixed vegetable packs have a lot of variety. There are different mixes. I use them too, I don't eat as much as she currently does (friggen 500grams of veg a day), I eat about half that a day of those mixes, and my recent blood work came back with…
