  • As you wish. ;) But I'd rather find a brand that my stomach can handle than eat chicken breast 3 times a day. In case you're wondering - because I'm a shorty and my calories are quite low. So I don't have a lot of room :)
  • I've tried to microwave it once. Turned out like a chewy cake texture. It was really weird...
  • Or I'll do what I did to another brand I bought a while ago, wasn't too tasty. So I just pinched my nose and swallowed as quickly as possible. It was in me - but I never tasted it. Lol
  • Yeah that's true. Generally I enjoy routine though. With my diet too. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. If I get tired of the vanilla flavor after 12 months I'll swop it for the chocolate brownie/strawberry cupcake flavor.
  • Hahaha! Luckily the one I use is pretty good. Expensive, but worth every penny. It tastes just like milk to me, even though I only mix it with water. Also, it's not as thick as most of the cheaper ones. And the digestive stuff in it really helps a lot. No bloating/gas whatsoever. :)
  • Quest bars, greek yoghurt and edamame are not available where I live. I do like cottage cheese though. ;)
  • I was inspired by my sister. We met for the first time a few years ago and she looked so beautiful, I thought that if she can look like that and be related to me, then I have no excuse. I lost 46lb and haven't looked back. :)
  • Yeah me too. So might as well just crack'em. I actually have this weird fascination with cracking eggs... it's very satisfying for some reason hahaha.
  • The ones I find here are not worth the calories to me. 250 calories for 10g of protein. Yeah. My whey shake has 106 calories for 24grams of protein. Better deal to me. :)
  • "Boogyness" LOL! I usually don't use eggs much other than eating them as is. Or with a piece of toast.
  • Thanks for the tip! ;)
  • Nope. Just because more protein for less calories.
  • Yeah, if I could. Because none of the supermarkets where I live sell the cartons. That's why I'm asking. Wondering if it's worth buying the eggs and just cracking them. Or if it will be so expensive that I might as well just use the whole thing and use less eggs
  • I usually add 2 tablespoons of the marinade. Assuming that's about how much the meat has absorbed.
  • Helps you get a 6 pack... Okay no not really. Hahaha
  • Yes - its lovely. Lol. I tend to get it more from eggs than my protein shake though. Which is why no eggs for brekkie. The people around me will have a horrible day..
  • Good thing I don't get it then... My brand of whey has stuff in it that helps you digest it better.
  • That's true...but I don't get an impulse urge to eat the whole bag of raisins like I would with a bag of chocolate. So for me, it's easier to keep in the house. :)
  • I tend to zone out on them once they start doing that. Then they tell me this loooong old story before they realise I'm staring into blank space...and then they ask: "Are you listening?!" And I'm like: "Huh? Oh yeah sure..I have to uhm...go water my cat now...see ya." **runs away**
  • Raisins currently help me. I only crave candy between 4-6pm so then they are on stand by.
  • Raw veggies. Particularly cucumbers. I've also started snacking on raisins now, helps fight off my afternoon slump.
  • Weight lifting while thinking of someone you want to murder also helps...makes you lift heavier... I don't think my ex can handle my revenge. He brags about his cage fighting. That means nothing if I have a shotgun in my hands...
  • Hi there. I just got out of a relationship 2 weeks ago. For me, I absolutely REFUSE to be sad about it. If he left me, he wasn't worth having my heart let alone my tears. I realise not everyone understands this mindset, but I'm a strong headed, independent woman and it's the way I deal with most things. I'm not easily…
  • The one tip I can give you - whatever you do, make sure it's something you can stick with for the rest of your life. It should become your new normal. That's the only way you will be able to keep the weight off. So if you can't do low carb or keto or whatever forever then your success will be short lived.

  • Make sure you're not being too restrictive with your calories.
  • Perhaps work in some snacks. Otherwise, eat more fat, more protein, or bulk up your meals with veg. Even drinking more water will help.
  • Cups are very inaccurate for solids. And yes. Try eating only half your exercise calories back.

  • Do you weigh your food with a food scale? (Not cups - they are for liquids). Do you weigh EVERYTHING? that includes sauces and the milk in your coffee. Also, your burn number could be overestimated. It's generally best to only eat back 50%-75% of calories burned. Very small inaccuracies add up quickly over a weeks time.…

  • You should eat less to lose weight. Eating better makes no difference.
