This is a bit of a random question that I'm curious about. Let's say you have a craving for something sweet. Assuming your body wants simple carbs, do you think the craving would go away if you ate some sugar instead of what you craved?

Logging a bite?
Sometimes, like in the case of sweets, 1 or 2 bites is enough to satisfy my craving for it. How the heck do you log a bite of something? Also I should mention, that sometimes the food is in grams, while other times it's just one unit, like "One ice cream cone". (Yes, I take one bite from an ice cream cone haha)

Generally when cutting (bringing down fat % but trying to maintain LBM) which percentage of protein is ideal? I'm currently at 35% protein, 40% carbs and 25% fat. Is that good enough? Also, when bulking, do you also need to pay attention to enough protein, or is a caloric surplus more important?
