Okay I need some help.

I don't know if I calculated my calories wrong or something. But I'm always hungry on this number. (1400)

Also, don't ask for my diary. I don't log anymore. But I created a meal plan that fits the above number that I stick to.

Anyway. Some stats.

22 female, 5'2, 131lb (GW: 121lb), 29% bodyfat.

As for activity, every day I walk 1 hour and 20 minutes. (Apart from that I pretty much sit around all day. Litterally.), and I do weight lifting 3 times a week.

Does 1400 calories sound correct?
Mfp also says that at my goal weight, my maintenance will be 1521...without exercise....

Honestly, yes, that does sound like it's probably right.

I have an office job, walk 4km a day (but don't do a lot above that right now) and I'm 5'4" and 118lb, and I maintain in the 1500-1600 range, no more. If I want to eat more I have to exercise more.

1400 calories at 131 pounds will probably be a pretty slow loss. Are you weighing and measuring all your food correctly to make sure you are actually eating 1400?

Also, personally, I find that I'm never hungry if I pay attention to what I'm eating and don't "waste" calories with empty refined carbs and added sugar. If I stick to protein-rich foods with some fat and plenty of vegetables, I feel great, but if I use 500 of my daily calories on some cookies or too much wine, I'm starving and I feel like garbage. YMMV, obviously, but lower-calorie diets are much easier to maintain if you're feeding your body with the appropriate mix of micro and macronutrients.

You can toss your stats on this site. It's the one that I have been using and find it pretty close to MFP. http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ There I get around 1800 to maintain and if you want to lose at TDEE-15% it puts it at 1530. That would be around 1/2lb/wk loss.

    No I don't weigh/meassure. Well I do, sort of.

Thing is, the plan I devised for myself uses mostly the same stuff, which are all "pre-meassured" anyway, like a small can of tuna One chicken breast (I look for packages with 400g and just divide them into four, since I eat them all anyway they even out) , or a 250g packet of vegetables ect.

That's fine as long as you're losing weight, but food packages can be inaccurate as far as weights go, so if things aren't working for you, it's a good place to start looking. Sometimes I weigh things like a packet of salad dressing and it's as much as 20% over what it says on the outside, and that stuff can add up. But if your method is working and you're losing as predicted, then it's not really something to worry about.

I would be weighing with such a small deficit. It's really easy to overestimate enough to cover your maintenance if you're just eyeballing.

Maybe take part of your walking time and do higher-impact cardio? Then you could have exercise calories to play with.

Since you only have 10lbs to lose, I'd set MFP to lose .5lbs/week, and eat back 1/2 your exercise calories. Weigh everything solid, measure everything liquid. Wash, rinse, repeat, and be patient. You'd think 10lbs would fall off, but it doesn't work like that.

Since you are shorter and will be at a pretty light weight when you at goal, your maintenance calories make sense.
