My baby is 15 weeks and I am exclusively breastfeeding. I haven't been trying to lose my baby weight because I didn't want to affect my supply, but now that it's established I feel like I can start the process. I have about 30/35 lbs to lose. I know you lose a certain amount of calories breastfeeding, but since it is impossible to know how many I just don't count them at all. My question is should my daily/weekly goals be somewhat different because I need to take in more calories? I'm just confused as to whether I should even bother adjusting my goals or just…
