I ate my calories goal today and I ate 3 times today and I thought id be ok. But its 9:32pm and I'm starving! !! What should I do. Just go ahead and eat something and what? Or just starve till bed time. :o
Ive been using fitness pal for almost a year and never thought about using it other then logging in food. But I would like to meet people losing weight like me.
