Count only net carbs?
I'm somewhat of a newbie to IIFYM and I'm seeing a lot recently when I search for things like protein powders and such to add in my meal diary, everyone only includes the NET carbs rather than the full amount of carbs. Should I go along with this? Or should I log it myself and include ALL the carbs.

I hear so many different answers. Could anyone help me with which is more beneficial, having a protein shake pre or post workout? Or does it really not matter?

What's the best calorie watch like tracker
I need help. My birthday is soon and I want to ask for a nice wrist band that tracks how many calories I've burned in a workout, heart rate, steps I've taken, etc. Any good ones you know of?

Changing my macros
How do I change my macros on here? It says I should eat 915 calories a day and I think that's extreme for me. I want to make it higher but I'm not sure where in the setting it gives me the option to change up my macros. Any help would be appreciated!
