I've been struggling with my weight over the last few years as life happens (marriage, kids, stress, etc.) I'm looking to drop weight, get fit and lead a more active lifestyle. My goal is complete a 5k within 15-18 minutes. Anyone else in the Space Coast area and seeking similar results?
