I've been on MFP for 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. It's really enlightening to track exactly what foods I'm consuming daily. Before to using MFP, I would estimate that I was taking in 3500+ calories daily and not being very active. I was on my way closer to 300 lbs and using the excuse that I'm still young and able to drop weight whenever I wanted. I turn 30 in a month and have moved my focus from lifting weights and gaining bulk to getting leaner and more flexible. It's has already been life-changing!
