I couldn't fall asleep...
In the middle of the night snacking anything I could put my hands on... Mostly sugar! Oh, Why did I do that? I had such a great week start! I hate when I eat and know I'll regret it but - no, I keep eating it :s It's still the middle of the night. I'm blown. Hating myself. Fat. (Mostly fat). Tomorrow is a new day right? :/

I am practicing to do muscle ups and today I did 40 repeats of chin ups and dips (broken muscle up) in 30 minutes :D Yayy :)

giving up on mindful eating?
I used to eat when hungry and stop when full. I didn't count calories and ate whatever I felt my body needed. (no Junk Food). My weight was fine and I was satisfied. Then (don't know what happened) I gain wheight and since I can't lose it! Now I'm trying to CC but it feels like I'm giving up on a big ability to listen to…

What should I do if I ate too much (finished my calorie intake and much moreee) and it's just lunch time? I also have a big holiday dinner...
