Hello I am new to this app. I entered all of my info and the tracker has listed that my calorie intake goal is 950 per day. I weigh 192 and want to lose 60lbs but I thought consuming less than 1000 calories per day is supposed to be unhealthy.
Night time snacking is my weak point. Every night I say I won't do it but then I break down and binge on whatever I can find. Any suggestions on breaking this bad habit?
is there a way to add workouts to the tracker? I see that it is automatically pulling steps from my iPhone, but I don't hold my phone when I exercise and I want to add my workout.
