-had eight glasses of water - exercised for 60 minutes - Logged in calories in MFP - Tried my level best but over shot the calories by 250 - Tomorrow should be better

Hi guys, I think Katie has been unwell. We can ourselves add new days and keep checking in. Let's do this together. Cheers! I am grateful that Katie created this group and is such an inspiration to all of us and she leads by example, something we all need to learn. Let's get moving.

Day 12 check in - 23rd January!
- eight glasses of water. - Logged in calories - Walked for thirty five minutes - stayed under my calorie goal- that's new, I am happy.

water- done, did some light walking.

i am glad I am logging in MFP everyday since the new year began. Did some yoga, had enough water, need to control sugar cravings.

Water done, ate thoughtfully , though not there yet!

inam adding the date because we all are from different time zones, so it helps to check in on the correct day. Water done. Unable to give up on sugar. Trying my best.

DaY 5 check in- 16 th January!
It was my son s birthday on 16 th so it was about cakes and sweets and lots of food. :)
